IN BODY STABILIZATION

In-body stabilization (IBIS) is a camera feature that stabilizes an image by physically moving the image sensor to counteract camera shake, allowing for sharper photos and smoother video handheld. This system works with any lens, unlike in-lens stabilization which only works with specific lenses. Modern IBIS systems are often five-axis, correcting for up and down, side-to-side, and rotational movements (pitch, yaw, and roll).

By having interchangeable batteries located in the stems, you allow for a smaller form factor and lighter weight, which plays into the 'ACTIONS' focus on more extreme use. A full charge is just a quick swap away, with the connector pins activated just by putting them on.
